GREAT WEATHER

Those looking for verdant landscapes and also blue skies need to visit Whitefish in the spring or summer.  Temperature levels will are in the mid-50s as well as mid-60s. But, by May you’ll start seeing these go up and will be nice and warm as June passes into July, and August. The last few summers have been warm in the mid 80’s in August.

The autumn is one more gorgeous time of year to come. You’ll see that the weather cools off a little bit and the trees transform into a kaleidoscope of shades with peak vegetation. Expect September, October, as well as November temperatures to go down swiftly from the high 60s to the low 40s.

Hike Whitefish Mountain 

You can hike up and down Big Mountain and, bike it too.  There are wildflowers to welcome you and, in August, take a pale and gather huckleberries as you go. In the summer, the main chairlifts are open and it’s a wonderful way to spend the day.
