Just when we thought it was over, masks are back. Sadly, due to a rise in COVID numbers masks are now required in Federal Buildings in Glacier National Park.  While we are glad that the rain is subsiding, we are sorry to see COVID hasn’t let up. We want you all to be safe during your visit and we are grateful for nearly 1 million acres of outdoor beauty for you to enjoy without your mask.

Please be kind to our Park staff as this rule was not initiated by them but they have to enforce it. They don’t deserve poor treatment by anyone. They are here working – sometimes in understaffed areas – so treat those who showed up respect and kindness.

We also ask that you be responsible with your mask. Please do let them drop or fly off without picking them up.  This is the Crown of the Continent. Please help us keep it pristine and the wildlife safe.
